Lisa Who is a Liverpool based artist

Lisa Who works closely with life models, experimenting with unusual spaces, live performance and objects to create a fresh representation of the female form.Who has worked in Europe and Asia over the past 8 years and uses these journeys for material and inspiration.

Focusing on the female figure, Who’s talents as a painter and printmaker have been previously seen in “Exposed Surfaces‿, a group show of Liverpool printmakers, at Out of the Bluecoat in march 2007 and also in a live performance piece, entitled “Model Box‿, at the Unity Theatre as part of the LIFDI programme for 2007.
These exhibitions are a continuation of Who’s far reaching exhibition record in Paris and in her birth place, Australia.

The female narrative throughout Who’s work often resides in the materials used and this solo exhibition will showcase the artists most recent painting and printmaking work, inspired by sculptural installations and arrangements.
