Peter Collins is an abstract artist, illustrator and graphic designer. Self taught since A-level, he returned to his passion of making art in 2006 after years of working in the computer industry. His work is as influenced by computers, graphics, technology and media as it is 1960’s Op Art and Pop Art. His abstract paintings are often developed on the computer before being rendered on canvas using geometric shapes, constructed using repetition of form and colour. Humour is also an essential element in Peters work.
Peter continues to live and work in his hometowm of Liverpool.
