A concept aims to create a transnational republic that brings together creative communities in 4 cities - Liverpoo & London (Europe), Istanbul (Asia), Cape Town (Africa), Guadalajara (America) with the intention to address social divides.

After a successful start in Liverpool in 2008, the project entered a dormant phase because of luck of funds in the cities listed above.
