Nihad Gule - Syria
Nihad Gule, a member of the Syrian Fine Arts Association and a Member in the Syrian Plastic Artists Association, is writing regularly on Plastic Art in Syrian and Arab Newspapers. He is also a regular participant in official exhibitions organized by the Syrian Ministry of Culture. In 2006, he was rewarded third place in Young Syrian Artists Exhibition in Syria/ Damascus in 2006.His works are amongst the private collection of the ministry of culture
Nihad Gule had many private exhibitions such as the "Red & Yellow" exhibition in Khanji Art Gallery/ Aleppo 1995, an exhibition in Fine Arts Association Gallery Aleppo in 2000, another one in fine Arts Association Gallery Aleppo in 2004, and an exhibition in Dar Al Mada Art Gallery Damascus in 2005.
He participated also in more than thirty collective exhibitions in and out of Syria, Durj Al Fan in Beirut, UNESCO palace in Beirut, the Plastic Art Forum in Al Sulaimanieh/ Kurdistan region/ Iraq, France and Germany.

Emily Jacir - Palestine
Emily Jacir is a New York-based Palestinian artist whose work focuses on issues of movement (both forced and voluntary), dislocation, radical displacement, and resistance and addresses the unconscious markers of borders (both real and imagined) between territories, places, countries and states. She has exhibited her work internationally at spaces that include Anadiel Gallery, New Gate/Old City, Jerusalem (2002), Queens Museum of Art, Queens, NY (2002), Moderna Gallerja in Ljubljana, Slovenia (2000), the Whitney Independent Open Studios, NY (1999), Cité Internationale des Arts, Paris France (1998), at the Contemporary Art Center of Fort Worth, TX (1997), and YYZ Artists Outlet in Toronto, Canada (1996) amongst many other venues.
