11:40 - 12:10 Liverpool Counter Culture (2008- 10 min) directed by Steve Toner. The film criticises 08 celebrations of the capital of culture claiming they were about celebrating Liverpool culture and cultural regeneration, but, as usual in Liverpool, contemporary culture wasn’t really showcased, especially early on in the year, and they were fixated with the past.
