To prefer to make music in the streets and to embrace this as a lifestyle, simply because of stubborness. That is how the story of the pleasant sound of a western instrument starts, on a night in Beyoğlu. In fact this sound, as well as the life of Suat Şenel, examined in all its details, presents more than the story of an ordinary musician playing his instrument in Beyoğlu, it achieves a privileged position among the thousands of faces that we see in Beyğlu.
Can Diker was born in 1986 in Istanbul. He graduated from the Visual Communication Design Department of the Istanbul Commerce University and stayed on as a student adviser between 2005-2008. He is currently attending the graduate programme at the Radio, TV and Film Department of the Yeditepe University.
