The Womb, a collaborative visual arts project

The Womb is a nomadic multi-disciplinary art & cultural event that questions various themes that divide the humanity.The Womb event is organised around the Tulip art installation, an exhibition space that encircles its artists’ expressions, where cultures, religions, ethnicities and other divisive questions are brought to the party to be considered in light of each other. The art works are exhibited at the centre of its structure, so the viewer encounters them as from within the Womb: an invitation to reflect on our differences through unworldly eyes. The spectator becomes performer, enacting an otherwise impossibly uncultured and fresh viewpoint. The Womb thus yields a glimpse of the relations from which we are made –THE REAL DNA.
