Program Completion

• On-Going monitoring of commissioned works, as they evolve.
• On-Going communications with company designee with regard to the progress of the integral works
• Coordinate with company designee and architects (if required) with regard to final installation schedule for each work. Supervise installation of each integral work.
• Schedule (staged) shipping and delivery to site of all portable works.
• Arrange for professional fine arts installation team to install each portable work, supervised by the arts consultant.
• Supervise the installation of each wall label.
• After job is completed, conduct curatorial check.
