Pax Time Bank +

We offer a platform where local and transnational artists (groups or individual) can pool and trade time and skills for the opportunity of exhibiting and performing in the Black-E, bypassing money as a measure of value.

Pax Time Bank is based on the premise that
(1) the Black-E, a world class community art center is suffering from the cuts in its budget and unable to afford hiring full time employees to run its various spaces and activities. and that
(2) Artists and creative communities usually have problems finding affordable venues for their shows but they would be willing to volunteering with their time and skills in return for free venue space. Pax Time Bank will work as a time broker between both parties, connecting existing needs with acknowledged resources.
