Europe is home to one of the most culturally diversified regions in the world yet it remains highly eurocentric. The integration of non-europeans is a failure. The political and economic divide is widening between the communities.
The Liverpool leg of PAX project was organised in July 2008. 40 artists from 13 countries were invited to an artist in residence program. Works created during this program are part of the Womb installation.
