2008 has witnessed the Genesis of PAX as a concept and the achievement of its first objectives:

- Launch of the Womb art installation project with the participation of some 40 local and international artists,
- We have identified several local groups and projects that share the same vision as PAX
- We have put together with those groups a festival program to showcase a unified response of collaborative groups to the theme of the year - Multiculturalism.
- Codevotion Festival will bring together school students, visual artists, musicians, art performers, poets and writers, scientists and interfaith community leaders during 5 days to reflect on the benefits of a genuine multicultural society.

In 2009, we hope to strengthen the connection between groups and individuals involved in the project in order to produce new collaborative creations

While in 2008, visual arts were at the centre of international collaboration, in 2009, PAX will invite performing artists from our international partner (Bangalanatak, India - www.banglanatak.com) to create with local artists new plays aimed at empowering the talented among the local communities' most vulnerable.
