Our ultimate goal is to make a real impact and transform our communities.. To be achieved, such goal needs time and resources.

The lifecycle of PAX projects is divided in 5 phases with specific milestones and achievable goals: Genesis, Anima, Consciousness, Awakening and Enlightenment.

Genesis:
1. A Collaborative creation idea is born - A project can be a workshop, seminar, business venture, art exhibition, art performance or any other discipline covered by PAX
2. The project leader gathers the support for the idea
3. The project team is set.
4. Conception and design of the project and setting its objectives - The project development has to follow the 5 phases as described here.
5. Gathering the financial support for the project

- Anima
Collaborative teams work together for the production of the project with the objective of presenting it during the next edition of 'Codevotion' Festival

-Birth of consciousness
- During the creative process, the collaborative team becomes aware of the message that the creation is aimed to address and engage in a spiritual transformation at the individual level, by abolishing all egocentered objectives that can arise from the collaborative creation.
- During 'Codevotion' festival, the objective of the collaborative team in the 'showcase' of its creation have to be that of 'sharing' their born consciousness to the audience and the community.

- Awakening
The Collaborative creation starts to bring some positive change in the behaviour of its audience with measurable results. For instance, if the objective of a project is the empowerment of the most vulnerable, we should be able to track the improvement in quality of life of those who have been targeted.

- Enlightenment
Projects have to include a recurrent element equivalent to 'training the trainers' that allows to members of the audience to become generators of new projects and ideas.
